The facility layout and the on resort amenities were excellent. The receptionist, especially Amirah, was very polite, pleasant, and welcoming. She did an excellent job explaining the entire Shaden resort layout and the various programs planned. The staff at the La Palma restaurant were exceptionally polite and welcoming as well.. The food was very nice and the service was great! The housekeeping staff were also very polite and respectful. All in all, this is an excellent place to let off some steam, and certainly, it will be worth visiting again..

With its canyon walls lit up, the Shaden Resort draws one in before you even enter the property. It is a simply gorgeous setting. We want to thank Abdullah and his colleagues for the upgrade to Deluxe King in the Heart of Shaden. Near the spectacular pool, our unit is beautifully decorated and has good amenities. Breakfast was plentiful with abundant choices and custom made omelets. We love sitting under the stars on the patio, with the canyon walls gleaming all around us. Elephant Rock is s short 7 minute drive away. But the best thing about Shaden Resort is the staff; so patient and hospitable. The hospitality manager is exemplary. If you book, book at least a Deluxe King room. You will enjoy the views and the comfort. Teresa O’Kane, Author of My Life with Ndoto.

The resort is truly exceptional and conveniently located near Elephant Rock. It offers well-appointed rooms and a great pool area suitable for both families and kids. The food is world-class and reasonably priced. The steam and sauna facilities are in excellent working condition. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. A heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Jawad Ali Abbasi at the reception and Mr. Yashwant Naik for their dedicated support.

Mesmerizingly beautiful. Room was very pretty and the view from the terrace was incredible. Restaurant breakfast was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly located to all the major attractions and sites…very centralizing. Not overwhelmingly large like some of the other overpriced hotels.

everything was so great.. I want highly appreciate the reception team (the two Saudi ladies). They were very friendly , they have a solution for any problem. also every one was so nice and kind.. the gulf car man.. the breakfast/ dinner team ..everyone ..no exception

The resort's setup among the rocks is incredible. The food quality and the assistance from the restaurant and reception staff exceeded expectations.
